These guys are brilliant. Always on time witha clean house for the weekend. Would highly recommend them for weekly home cleaning. If there is a problem, they contact me and notify me well in advance.

I have been using All Maids service full time from May 2022.My unusual request did not hinder Sipho to find the right person.My request was general housekeeping of a flat and to take care of elderly sick lady and to be her companion as well.Thank you, I could not have done a better job.

Sipho and the team from All Maids were extremely professional, pleasant and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with the results. They were punctual and very trustworthy and didn't require any supervision from me.I will definitely use them again.

I used them for a few months. You pay them in advance if they don't come he credits" your account. I was not happy with his service so I cancelled it. I asked for a refund as I paid for the month they only cleaned 1 week. Sipho ignores my emails

We had a tenant that let the house in total squalor, don't think they cleaned the place in the months they were in it. It was so embarrassing letting the cleaning crew in. Can't believe people can live like that. Sipho and his team came in and gave the place a complete face lift. Response times were excellent, cleaning crew were polite and reassuring and proud of their work. Thank you for the fast response and amazing face lift you gave our property.

The communication and invoice processes are good & simple.Enny our assigned cleaner is very good and reliable.Pricing is a little high and concerned about upcoming new minimum wages increase.
