We'd organised a R99 parcel from PE-JHB on the Monday, turnaround time 2-3 days. By the Thursday, I still had not received any notification yet when I checked the parcel tracker, it said the package had arrived and 'Text Sent' by Carol at midday on the Wednesday. This was strange as when I had organised packages to Postnet Benmore Gardens in the past, I always received an SMS notification, on time.I went into the Bryanston branch on the Friday (21/08/2020) to find my package was there. When I explained the situation, they asked if I'd received a call on the Thursday - I said I may have, but working from home and being in virtual meetings, one is not always able to answer calls, and I didn't have any voice messages from them...The writing on my package then said Tried to call on Thursday

Masks don't cover everything! Have just been served by a staff member cracking and chewing gum all the time she was serving me. It was so disgusting I nearly left and drove to another Postnet.
