I places a comment here and received a call from the Christian ex pastor which was not a nice experience. It reminded me how you exposed yourself to abuse and maybe even physical harm if you place stuff on Google. Even if it was only the truth you told. I will never be able to visit this place again as I may get chased away. Christians do not forgive and accept criticism as their Master does.This means if I find things changed for the better, which was my intention placing stuff here, I will never be able to mention it. In my comment I noted the excellent time I had the previous evening there which was a really a nice experience and the reason for my return the second evening, which was less nice and the aftermath, the owner's reaction, was completely unasked for and he achieved the secular expression of his non-exception of criticism. My 5 stars for the first dinner at the Crocodillian was at least well deserved. I tried to give the man good advice as I do to many businesses how to correct the matter but he was master of the conversation and I had to interrupt him and close his phone call .My original honest comment was:I suffered through a piece of 500 gram t-bone steak. My arms got a lot of exercise and become tough too. The waiter changed my order for Castle Lite Draught to Windhoek Draught because he believed I would like it more. I sent it back and wonder if it does not have to do something with the piece of senew rich steak which was also more medium than rare as I ordered it. The evening was closed with a mouth battle between an aggressive security guard and a guest who was trying to soothe him and put whatever he did right. The security guard were unmoved

We went for supper. We ordered pizza. It was very nice.Only the waiter(Hendrik) that assisted us was really rude. We ask a lot of times for new drinks and he ignored us until another waiter came and assist us.I just want to know how do you re-employ a waiter (Hendrik) that usually lick the spoons and cutlery before putting it back into your beverage. Or eat chips from your order before bringing it to the table......

Very nice family outing with playground for the kiddies , bar lunches for them on the go or a restaurant with delicoius food .The pizzas and Eisbein is a must to hsve .All served by friendly employees

Clean rooms with beautiful gardens. The guesthouse manager was very friendly and helpful. Everything we need was in the rooms. The restaurant food was excellent. The pizza's the best I ever taste. Can recommend the place for sure. Well done new owners!!!!

We had a lovely dinner the pizza's was great but the waiter (Hendrik) was very rude and didn't make sure our glasses stayed full . If we called him over he just ignored us and he had a very rude attitude . Very disappointed

We held a event and the place didn't help us at all! We paid a big amount of money and all we got was some table settings... We had to buy every thing to decorate with ourselves. Everything we planned out that they should have done for us they didn't do and had to do it our selfs. I would say never plan a event there because their have empty promises and very bad service. Im very disappointed in what they said they'll do for us and what they actually did.

We had a great family dinner tonight. We were so spoiled. We were 9 people and every single meal was absolutely exellent! The service was amazing, thank you Maria.I recommend the lamb curry, all pizzas, hotplate steak and cheddsmelt chicken schnitzel. Big portions and great hospitality.
