We received very friendly & quick service from Jean the moment we stepped into the shop , within a few minutes the bed we wanted to purchase was processed by Jean and he gave us all the details regarding the comfort trial and delivery etc , very pleased with the attentive service we received in-store . A bonus was the free delivery we received and our bed was delivered by the friendly Jefferson & Mkhuthazi who did an excellent job , well done to the whole team at Mattress Warehouse PE for the amazing service you offer .

The purchase of our bed from Mattress Warehouse PE was frustrating from start to finish. Several months after our order and payment, and three separate deliveries, our order was finally correctly delivered. The only pleasant aspect of our experience was the efforts of the delivery team (Jefferson and Mkhuthazi), who did their very best, despite being given the incorrect stock in the first two deliveries.

We received such great service from The Mattress Warehouse Port Elizabeth.Jeff Mitchell contacted me yesterday to confirm whether delivery would be suitable today, and once I had confirmed that I would be here, he said he would get his guys on the road early to deliver to me.The driver, Jefferson, contacted me 30 minutes before delivery to confirm he was on his way, and kept in contact with me until they arrived for delivery. Thank you to all the guys that delivered, they were communicative, attentive, friendly and efficient.I received the mattress today as promised, and I am super chuffed with the service received from Jeff Mitchell, and the gents that delivered - Jefferson, Mkhuthazi and Lungisile.Thank you so much!Kind regards, Jean
