Horrible Drive through experience. Paypoint does not accept mobile tap n pay. Drive through to order only only to be told to go wait for your food in the parking lot. (Came 15 minutes later and order was wrong). No appollogies for tge incomplete order. No straws or condiments were packed in the bag .

They always use old oil. This last order that was delivered made me decide never to order from them again, the chicken is almost black in colour, not golden brown, and has such a terrible taste from the old, dirty oil.

I work down the road from this KFC and usually receive good service when I pop in. My experience however today was somewhat different. I specifically instructed which pieces of chicken I wanted and was packed the wrong pieces. My colleague also ordered her usual Wrapsta box and to her surprise it was burned and not wrapped as usual. I know the employees might find this superfluous because they do it everyday and meat is just meat to them as they box and pack in a whole lot of orders. But they should also consider the fact that its the one person that unwraps and has an expectation of a good experience. We buy food for the experience and enjoyment and to have that experience taken away defeats the purpose of you as a customer choosing that one restaurant over many.

Horrible service only exceeded by the most incompetent staff. Would give -10 rating if possible. Should really consider spending time on training their staff. Seriously disgusted.

Overall great service with a smile. Food was also good and quickly delivered.Clean and tidy interior with a roomy upstairs eating place with newly upholstered seats.

Very bad workers I make phone order which I call to make ready my order after 25 minutes I reach the branch my order was never ready I wait inside the branch like another 10 minutes so I didn't even get what I want I just get short staff because my order was never ready kfc please do something in your works I like this kfc oakdale because is near by my rasedential

On two separate occasions I have ordered here and received visibly burnt items - there are even black specks in the gravy! On one occasion I have called the branch to get it rectified, and the manager simply stated that there was nothing she could do. Like at least refund the cost of the burnt items.
