Went there as I wanted to purchase a Rolex I've had my eye on for a long time. Felt snubbed and brushed off. Got told there are no Rolexes for sale and long waiting lists. Was not a friendly atmosphere and left after I obviously was going to get helped. I get it that Rolex is in high demand but one would think a Sales Consultant could at least be friendly and helpful even if there isnt what I was looking for. Not coming back.

Good service and selection. Very happy to have worked with an Authorized Dealer of so many respected brands. Bought a great everyday time piece and was impressed with the knowledgeably of the staff. Loving my new Hamilton!

The worst customer service I have come across. They had my watch for over a month and did absolutely nothing on it. I had to phone and physically go there to be told different things by different people. The manager eventually told me that my watch had atleast been cleaned. I collected it and it looked exactly the same. Absolutely shocking service!

World's Finest Watches is one of the worst that I have ever come into a shop with this kind of poor customer service that I have ever had.First of all, when I come into the shop which is looking for one of the brand that I would like to purchase.Then the salesperson immediately have rejected my asking and said : YOU WOULD NOT FIND THIS BRAND IN HERE AND THE WHOLE SOUTH AFRICA". Seriously

Bought an Omega Jubilee watch there a few years ago, after 2 years the Fastener / clasp stopped working, took it back after COVID, they checked it in and said they would send me a quote to get the clasp replaced, I didn’t her from them for months, went back physically and they gave me a price, I paid in cash for the repair, again they said they would email me when it was ready, again I heard nothing, as I don’t live in South Africa, I decided to send a friend to enquirer if it was ready for collection, they said the guy who was dealing with it no longer works there and they know nothing about it and I now have to prove that I left it there, the emails I have while corresponding are not enough ! How crazy is that ? I am waiting to physically travel down there to have it out with them and hopefully get my watch back ! Nothing was wrong with the actual watch, just the lock on it ! Very disappointed in the whole situation.

Very good service thus far. Their timepieces are up to date and have something to offer everyone, no matter the price point.

In my experience they are great watches, I currently own five models, two planet ocean and three sea master diver.

The newly revamped store offers everything a watch buyer would be looking for. Staff friendly and knowledgeable as always
