Spring Pilates Shmilates

The team at spring Pilates is very friendly and welcoming. Their studio is world class, and in a beautiful location with plenty of parking. They have a range of classes to suit all levels, and the classes are never bigger than 10 people - ensuring that you get personal attention from the instructors. Janine and her team create fun and challenging workouts that push you to be better. I felt such a change in my body after two weeks of classes, and the sense of empowerment that you feel after being able to hold your own body weight is incredible. I cannot recommend this studio enough - they are so passionate about improving their customer's quality of life through pilates. And... Their fees are really reasonable compared to other studios in the Cape Town area. Go team Spring Pilates!

Spring Pilates is the BEST Pilates studio in Cape Town! I was visiting from the United States and had several classes with different instructors. Each teacher provided an excellent class and they were so friendly. Also, the atmosphere is wonderful. If I''m lucky enough to go back to Cape Town I will definitely stop in for a few classes.
