The costumer service prior to buying a high end coffee machine was good. That’s why the two stars.Had to pick up the machine which was during lockdown and understandable.When I went to purchase a replacement filter I told an employee the machine worth quite a few rand failed to produce truly hot cappuccinos. A pro is was made to come to my house and follow up and help set up the different drinks.We went to level 4 then 3 then 2. Never a follow up call. Never a visit. I guess this establishment is happy just to take them money and leave you at your own once they have it.Perhaps spending tens of thousands on a single appliance doesn’t make me worth of a costumer when others can purchase kit hens worth more.In my opinion it doesn’t make me less of a costumer.As an authorized #Jura supplier they bragged about their costumer service and support; that was before the purchase. Now I realize their after sales team does not care about retaining costumers for the long run.
