Good service

Horrible experience. My wife's car mag and tyre was damaged and the front carpets were burnt. These incidents weren't reported to us. The front PDC's that were installed do not work till date. They have tried to fix the problem 4 times and they still can't get it right. We have tried to contact them via email and telephone but they keep avoiding us. This is frustrating and stressful. They clearly lack professionalism and customer service. Take your car elsewhere.

The service is very unprofessionalI've fitted a sound system in my vehicle worth 10k and the speakers weren't functioning correctlyI took it back the next day and the owner reset it and made it worse, I had to argue with them to set it right and they still failedI then took my vehicle to the dealer in which I bought it to remove the sound system and the owner of Designer audio called the dealership pretending to be my wife to find out if I did send in my vehicle for a removal.I then asked for a refund as per the consumers protection act of South Africa and the owner refused and offered to help me sell the sound system on Gumtree, I mean what the hell with this!!!I am now undertaking legal action against this company
