Why dont u swap the securities with the ppl dt are working 4helping the customers cz the securities they r more friendly n hlpfull than those ppl on the front desk!!!We r working with ppl us also bt we r nt acting like hw u r doing.jst show interest to us like the securitu at the gate pls.

Excellent ONLINE service from Marius Pieterse- very professional and delivered right on time as promised. Walk in service was very bad..poor customer relations. Security guard was very helpful way more than the office guy who showed no interest!

Horrible company to buy from, they are very unprofessional. I called the company to find out what time are closing today in the 18 June 2021. The lady who answered the phone told me that the company is closing at 17h00 when I got there at 16h50 then I'm told that they are closedthe sales guy just left few minutes ago. Went in for a quote but had to leave with nothing as no one attended to me. This is the 2nd time being there. Customer service doesnt exist in this place.

The service here is appalling. I came here looking for a quote but I was ignored. They wouldn't give a print out and when I asked to write right it down the guy seemed even more annoyed. I took my business elsewhere and will not be going back there ever again. The security at the gate understand customer service better than those at the desk. Maybe consider swapping positions. I applaud the security guards for giving me more help than those hired to give that service.
