I visited the shop this afternoon nquiring about opening a new account. I had already done it online and I kept on receiving the Sms saying I should submit my documents of which I did several times. So my intention was to at least get clarit since the applying online option isn't working for me. The lady I spoke to showed zero interest she even had her hand on her chick and looked very our conversation was really forced. She told I should go reply to the email I sent even after I had explained that I tried so many times hence I came to the shop. She told about some link that is in the email that I should use for me to get assistance but the isn't any link I received on my emails. This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced.

On Sunday 6 October 2019 I purchased some cosmetics and was informed that I qualify for the cosmetic and travel bags. However the support staff could not give me the promotional items because apparently the storeroom was locked and none of them had the keys. The lady who had the keys was off on the dayThe manager was on leave ( she had the spare keys.. I thought it was a joke but it wasn't.I was informed that I have to drive again to Foschini if I want the promotional bags.As a consolation I was given some perfume samples.I was surprised that a reputational store like Foschini did not appear to take Safety issues seriously. What if there was an incident in the locked room that required entry?

After phoning 5 foschinis Centurion was the only one to answer and did so speedily too. Tumelo helped me and she went above and beyond to assist me. She was patient and helped me more than thoroughly. Thanks to her I'm going to be a happy bride. Thank you so much Tumelo!!

On Sundays expect one cashier to deal with the whole line of growing customers. Lack of management and very slow processing. Book a long time off if you want to shop here.

The worst I have ever had. Wanted to spend R4000, 00 and more at 16h45 all to lazy to help laugh at the client no product knowledge on cell phones. I asked for the manager she would not come out. What has this company come to it was one of the best.Head office I think you need to screen your staff not good at all.

After leaving the cashier on the way out, I was approached by a customer who said she could get 10% off a blouse I was looking at, if she phoned Tiny" who works there. Fortunately a lady from the make up counter told them off as well as suggested I only ask Foshini staff to assist me. Definitely something dodgy going on there."
