I would like to give them NO STARS! My parcel arrived last week Saturday, it was send Thursday! I only received the parcel today because I made an enquiry with the sender! No one had made contact with me since last Saturday. They don’t inform the clients that the parcel arrived or even contact you to make arrangements. Only after I made a enquiry to the sender, a person contacted me to tell me the parcel arrived just now. The contact person was SO RUDE to me. And the amount of LIES they tell you to make sure they don’t look bad is just crazy! I will not be using Fastway Couriers again nor wil I suggest them to anyone.

Pathetic service, waited 20min for customer care to get online then they don't even ask what they can help me with, they only closed line chat without even having a chat. And then Fastway Couriers is saying a friendly customer care representative will chat with me shortly. I have no other words than say PATHETIC!

Every day my package is out for delivery, and every day they inform me they could not deliver and will try the next day. Vendors please do not use this company as it reflects against you.

Parcel was delivered and details asked on the same day I dropped it off. I had to call 1 week and a half later and to follow up, after which the quote was still not sent. Then the quote was sent but without banking details to make a payment. Had to phone again to follow up. The service is pathetic, does this company care about customer service or about the customer's time and needs? And the fact that I had to call amd follow up is ridiculous since I pay for a service and had to do most of the work.Don't think I'll be ising fastway in the fiture

This is the worst courier service I have ever encountered in Bloemfontein. And yet they call themselves fast" one would swear they make deliveries on foot. My parcel has been stuck at their depot for days

I had to call three times to correct info on a package. Every time being assured it will be taken care off, just to phone the next day and hear the same problem with info on the package. Very frustrating, will not recommend at all.

I always order from courier guy or postnet and receive my my goods within 24-48 hrs. The two times I used Fastway couriers it took 3-5 days. All my orders come from the same area. No excuse, the are slow! I will avoid them where possible.

Horrible horrible service!!!!!!!! I've been waiting for my parcel for a month. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I don't how many times I've called to enquire about my parcel only to be told that same will be delivered the following day. Close it down already, the incompetence is sickening!!!!!

Worst company ever, even today I'm still waiting for my parcel. I asked myself if my parcel have to be delivered in Freestate why is it in Kimberly. Tjooooo this one takes the cup shame
