Sadly this place only gets one start as they staff I delt with was not very friendly, and the wait for two sheets of plywood was unbelievably long and ridiculous. While there another client complained about the extremely slow service. I wont be going back there.

Wow, tedious saturday maintanance just became a breeze.The store manager meets most customers by the entrance. On the spot you get super, fantastic service.Half an hour later I walk out with a bargain and all my wood cut to size.Years since I actualy loved spending money.What a manager, what a shop, service with a smile...Now an added review, the warehouse guy, Micheal. What a dedicated honest worker this is. He knows his wood stock like an computer.

Came to the store to purchase paint waited over 30 minutes no acknowledgement from the one person behind the counter as soon as a person of he's race came he acknowledged them and greeted them, hes been helping 2 guys for over half an hour running around getting stuff they need from shelfs, then he leaves the work station to find out about their account enquiriesIt's ridiculous a big hardware like this has no other staff to help or even ask just walk and sit like they doing us a favour to purchase from this companyWorse service I ever received from a hardware being a building contractor in kzn

Went in to get stuff to renovate our bathroom. Great range of items but not a place for tiles. Prices are very competitive as well. Service is good
