Postnet Sandton City sets the standard! They went the extra mile, above and beyond what I could expect! The last 2 times I've been I've experienced the worst service.They need to create a separate queue for people getting their images for those Visa Applications...they know people are always late...

Worst service ever, no effort by the 2 agents of Postnet that were working, all they did was complain yo one another about machines that were not working. No acknowledgment of the customers like myself that walked in..nothing...such a pity

Ahead of my visit I phoned the Postnet In Sandton City to get their email address. My intention was to mail them my documents from my desktop, so that when I arrived at Postnet, they just needed to print them.Lucky for me, I was attended to immediately on arrival, but unfortunately my documents couldn't be found on their computer.Apparently they have three email addresses, and the person who answered my phone call, unknowingly conflated two of their email address. Even when I asked the person to repeat the address, the same mistake was made again.So in the Store, I had to connect to the Malls WiFi, then log into my ISP's website and struggle to re-send my documents.So everybody's time was wasted.Thus unfortunately I can't give this Branch a 5 stars rating, because what would have been a very swift professional service, was annoyingly hampered.My suggestion is: that this Posnet pastes a printout of their email addresses and WhatsApp number next to their phones. Just like the details they've pasted in a laminated cover on their counter for their walk-in customers to see.

Very rude and unprofessional - I asked a simple question and received a very arrogant answer will never use this postnet again, makes sense why they have such poor reviews.

The staff member starts serving me then decides to help another customer. No communication from the staff on why this occurred then I had to wait to be helped again. Unprofessional!

Postnet Sandton City is in one of the corners of Sandton City towards the parking that's leaving to the Nelson Mandela Square side. It's a small shop and always busy. You can visit the same to get photostat but that's now available at other shops as well. There are charges and cables that's added to the shop along with envelopes and other binding materials.

Terrible experience. I ordered printing which I came back to fetch. Waited forever until the guy finished with one person. There was a queue, I waited patiently then asked him if I can just pay for my printing as it was sitting in front of him. He didn’t greet, walked past me and ignored me and carried on with the next person. Horrible and unpleasant.
