The sales staff were friendly and went an extra mile for giving me a good deal for a bed. Delivery however is extremely poor. The bad was supposed to be delivered within 7 working days, and I'm on the 9th working day and my bed set is still not delivered to my place. Very disappointing, as I have to regularly call to get an update of when my bed set will be delivered.

Made arrangements for mattress to be delivered in the morning to accommodate work. Was promised it would be done. It is now 5.15 pm. At least 5 hours late and still no sign of the delivery. Have called a couple of times to find out what is happening and 2 hours go I was told I am 3rd on list.

Kyle Dennyschene you are an 5 star sales man.On 11/1/2023 he messaged me as I shown interest in buying a double bed. He chatted to me till 20:50 last night to help me in my decision making and first thing today he followed up with me and provided me with the necessary to make payment. He surely went an extra mile as i got much more as what I bargained for. Today at 13:20 my brand new double bed were delivered. What great experience and pleasure to work with him and The Mattress King.

Excellent friendly assistant who took the trouble to help us find the right bed and then made sure we received it 2 days later. Really excellent service all round and highly recommended.

I purchased a double bed set at the Somerset West branch on 5th May 2023. I called the branch to inquire about delivery 4 times, no call backs.On 22nd May 2023, I went to the branch to cancel the order as the bed had not been delivered. I was given the run around by the salesman and the customer service Centre. I am still waiting for my refund. I have never encountered such negligent incompetence and dismissive service. I had to engage the services of a lawyer at my own cost and will be taking this further.The Consumer Protection Act is clear about refunds, I doubt whether the management of The Mattress King is aware of this act. Very disappointed customer.

Sales person was very friendly and quick to make sale but when it came to the delivery of the mattress they had many excuse for the delay of delivery with very little communication. If we didn't ask they did not keep us up to date.
