Awesome service by Willie from Theron’s workshop - trailer’s bearing came of and he was able to fix within 30 minutes. Can really recommend their services

We phoned Willie on a Sunday at 6am when our brakes were starting to give us issues. Willie met us in town and had a quick look, and easily diagnosed the issue. We followed him to his workshop where aftet he took us into town so we could wait while grabbing some breakfast. By 11am he had the car back to us and we could be on our way. Great service and would highly recommend him if you require a mechanic in the area.

Recently received top class service from Willie after our car broke down on the way to Graaf Reinet.We messaged ahead and Willie was kind enough to wait for the car to arrive on the tow truck before he closed up for the day. Looked at the car first thing the next day and let us know the problem pretty much straight away. Car was back on the road sooner than we expected and very reasonable cost. Great professionalism and honesty and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone if they are in the area. Thanks!

Thanks so much to Willie for sorting out our car, which broke down 12km outside Graaf Reniet at 18h00 on a Saturday night and for taking us and all our luggage to a B&B. Willie somehow managed to get parts on a Sunday and get us back on the road to see my Dad in Uniondale.Willie, my car has never gone better, 2452km in 12 days! Thank you so much!!

Mr. Theron was amazing, after my car broke down from Cape Town due to the servicing that was not done properly. We noticed that my car was leaking oil as we were refueling at the garage in Graaff Reinett. We got into contact with the nearest workshop, which then was Theron's workshop. He immediately pickup the problem and without delays went to buy the parts. He went all the way to inform the servicing company in Cpt about their mistakes . Arranged a refund for us. What an excellent customer service Willie Theron and his wife gave. It was amazing. I recommend this place for any car problems.

Phoned at 8.30 am on a Sunday with our engine coolant issue . The problem was diagnosed and fixed by 2 pm so we can safely drive back to Cape Town . Excellent service - thank you so much guys

Willie Theron is an angle.My VW Caddy broke down on Sunday evening. Find him on Google. At 22:00 on a Sunday evening he was swift to respond. The VW could not start and he towed me to a guest house and ensured my overnight stay. As promised, he collected the car on Monday morning and shortly after twelfth I was able to continue my journey with a very reasonable bill to pay.To give him five stars is an honor to excellent service. He actually deserves more.

Our car (2006 Ford Focus Ghia TDCI [diesel]) broke down just outside of Graaff Reinet late at night and with no idea who to call. A friendly local police officer saw our car and confidently recommended we make use of Therons workshop. The car problem was a recurring problem that no one had been able to reliably repair until this point. The owner (Willie Theron) came out immediately to receive the car. He was friendly and professional and was even able to quickly resolve an issue we experienced with the towing company we used. He even gave us a lift with all our luggage to the nearby guesthouse where we had a reservation. He worked on the car day and night to have it properly repaired within 36 hours and even gave recommendations for areas to focus on for future car services. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable and he was able to repair a recurring problem that no other AA-approved mechanic has been able to repair properly and it hasn't given any further problems since. I would even recommend this mechanic to people living in surrounding areas.
