Absolute poor service provider, ordered parcel from Takealot , received confirmation that my Parcel will be delivered on Friday before 17:00. Payed someone to stay at my home to receive the parcel. No delivery and no answer when you call the depot. Will not order from Takealot if they use them again for delivery and I am going to cancel my order since I will be out the country from Sunday.

Useless they take forever to deliver. Do not answer phones. Driver says he was at my house nobody answered the intercom - we di not HAVE one!!!!! Previous time waited a week and I went and pick up my own parcel!

Your Service is very bad , and it's the Second time you do this, your courier guys are lazy and inconveniencing us , How can they say insufficient adress or contact details when I am using the se adress always ? Its the second time I have alternate an attire for an event because you fail to deliver on time .Your Contracts should be cancelled you setting a bad Name for them .

I have been calling for 2weeks asking if I can collect my parcel but they zaid it was out for delivery 2weeks then today I called they also said the same thingout for delivery" I'm so dissapointed because I bought clothes for my kids to wear on holidays but guess what

No answer when you call them. My parcel was 3 days there and no communication from then why, when promised next day delivery.
