Our SMEG washing machine stopped working and shorted out the whole house. John and his partner did a callout and fixed it without any extra or replacement parts. It was a factory assembly fault and to fix it he used materials he had in his toolbox. I was impressed with the quick friendly service and have their number for any future problems.
