Installed windows in the entire house and haven't looked back. Job was completely done in 4 days and no dramas. Very happy!Small issue with spacing of the burglar guards but this was requested by us after the initial job card and not done on manufacture of the frames so understandable.

Everything was great until the job was completed and we realised they had installed a faulty part. The job was completed in October and the problem is yet to be sorted. The rep we're dealing with has been absolutely useless. We've followed up more than 10 times over 2 months and each timer we're promised that it will be sorted and then silence. We should have known better when they insisted on full payment up front.

I requested a quote from this company to replace an old rotting wooden window frame .Andrew came out and his outlook and manner was very professional. I liked the company.When the quote arrived, I noted that the deposit required up front was 90% of the final bill. In other words before they picked up a tool to begin my installation I had to pay 90%.I wasn't happy about this, but when I inquired as to why the deposit requirements where so onerous, the reason was Company policy".I get that

Honestly shocked at this service! I had used them before and they did a great job. So when I had another issue I contacted Raymond and paid him in full in September 2020. He never did the work after I called multiple times. My tenant also called and he only had empty promises time after time and never even showed up for appoitnments we booked with him and waited at the house for hours, he never showed. To the point last night where the storm caused my doors to bend and now cause damage to my home which I paid for him to do in Septmeber. Still hasnt done the work and I had to contact another company after he told me he is too busy with other clients!

Good workmanship. Great guys. Missing a star as we felt that if they worked more than 4 or 5 hours a day, they could have finished the job in the 3 days they quoted us. Nonetheless, praise where it is due. I would still recommend Glass & Allied.

hi my husband's studio in commercial street needed new windows in a door - I asked for a quote. The gentleman came and took measurements and reverted to me with a quote - which I accepted. Plans were made for a time to come to do the door - I asked how long it would take I was told a day. The team of 2 guys arrived a bit late but the glass was only measured then and then came later which was odd - they took a day and a half - I have no idea why such a small job could take so long. Then post the wind the glass blew out and 2 panes also were cracked - not at the door. They came out promptly and put in silicone - which I appreciated then we agreed 10h00 the next day they would come and finish the job properly but I would have to pay for the glass again which I confirmed I would do. 10h30 - came and went and post a few calls with changing times I was told they were not coming. The next day they gave me a time of 12h00 - at 12h45 - no one was there - I was told that these things happen - at 14h35 the guys arrived. I had hired someone I know to be there on the day prior and the day of the 'fixing up' and paid him both times, per hour. The job was done but not the 2 broken one's - and I tried 10x to get hold of Raymond the co ordinator without success re these two panes. I found the process, poorly planned; the communication awful and I will never use them again.To add to this - once the manager saw this he did come out and have a look and committed to re doing the job. This has been done now and to my satisfaction. A sincere apology was given - and accepted.

I had a very good experience with this company. I had a broken window on a Saturday and managed to get it sorted out very quickly on the same day. The price was good and in the same range as competitors. Also the men who sorted out the glass for me, Gerald and Jeremy, big thank you for your kindness and good work. All in all a good experience and I will be repeating business with this company if need be.

As an insurance broker it is always scary appointing a contractor to a claim as you never know the level of service your client will get as it is out of your control. This week a client of ours, a car dealership, had a shop window crack and contacted us. I immedaitely appointed Glass and Allied on the job, bearing in mind it was late afternoon. I had a quote by close of business that day and the job done within less than 18 hours (as soon as we authorised they were there).
