We stayed at the Blue House this weekend and it was a wonderful escape! Central and right by the main road, it's convenient to explore the quaint town of Stanford and the hustle and bustle of the main road, whilst still being a quiet and peaceful property. The outdoor area is perfect for braais, potjies and playing bowls, and the inside has everything you want with the comforts of home. Spacious and perfect, can't recommend it enough for families or a group of friends.

We loved our stay at the Little Farmhouse.Such a gorgeous Farmhouse with everything we needed. The beds were snug and the indoor fireplace was a real treat. The outdoor braai area is just charming with the fairy lights. And we loved our hot outdoor shower amongst nature in the morning - so beautiful!The kids loved bike riding on the farm and seeing the donkeys and sheep everyday was a real bonus. Thank you for a very special stay. We hope to be back soon.

Thoughtful hosts, comfortable farm house. Perfect getaway on a working farm, ideal for families. Visiting donkeys and friendly sheep, we all had a blast. Conveniently close to great wine farms too!

Our Family absolutely enjoy our long weekend, there was so much to do, the dogs had a ball as well, the house was clean, very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable as well. We have lots of family time which is exactly what we needed.

Perfect getaway from the city's rush, quiet farm setting, with a friendly host, clean fresh air, it is a taste a perfection. Charming old farm house set the scene for lo g chats beside the fireplace and enjoying the beautiful landscape and farm animals. Will definitely visit then soon this time just for a longer time

Fantastic, beyond what i expected. Wont mind going again. The owners were veryFriendly. Jacuzzi was awesome. I slept like a baby. Love the ambiance of the farmhouse. We could take eggs from the hen! Awesome experience

We has a lovely time at The Little Farmhouse. The house was equipped with all that we needed and we enjoyed the fireplace, the huge front porch, the feeling of seclusion and the quietness. The Little Farmhouse is well located for easy access to Stanford, Hermanus and Gaansbaai. We the visits by the sheep and the donkeys provided some entertainment.

We had the most amazing three nights. it was peaceful and relaxing. The kids had a great time exploring the wide open spaces and engaging with the farm animals.Despite it being really cold, we were very comfortable and worm with the fireplace and hot water bottles .Our hosts were also warm and friendly.We will be back.

The Little Farmhouse was perfect for our family weekend away!We had a great time using the braai area, hot tub and feeding the donkeys each morning. Hot water, everything needed was there to make food, braai, tea/coffee etc. Would highly recommend if you like a more rural, rustic break!

Gorgeous farm cottage, and so close to Stanford. We were warmly welcomed by the resident donkeys, who visited a few times! indoor lounge and fireplace soooo cosy. Enjoyed an afternoon snooze on the stoep day bed. Great location for walks/cycling. Lovely Braai area in the trees. finished off the day with a soak in the garden hot tub, a real treat. Fresh eggs, milk, home made jam/preserves, rusks, etc. provided, thank you! Newborn lambs ‘maaa’ing’ away were adorable. Highly recommend.
