Reggies Mobile Doggy Parlour

I had a very bad experience with this particular mobile doggy parlour. I wrote a Google review about them about two weeks ago where I stated the poor service I received from them. The owner did call me and apologised. I accepted his apology. He further made me feel guilty and asked me to remove my review - which I did. Though feeling I might let this happen to someone else, I left the situation there. But I am putting back my review because the owner had the audacity in calling me again this morning wanting to ask my partner to remove his review. Own up to your mistakes. Don't guilt people into feeling bad for you. You are actually the one who should feel bad for rendering such a horrendous job and not the client! If you do a good job, you don't need to call people to remove bad reviews. Your work will speak for itself.

Tx for your wonderful service. Before I knew you my dogs were always anxious at other parlors. You always keep them calm and they love you. Tx for the cream it healed my dogs skin 100% after I have spent a bunch at vets.I will never go to another parlor again. It is clear that you love animals! Recommending you to all our friends."

I have 7 doggies pekinesies and toypoms i travel all the way from secunda and its worth ever cent i wont take my doggie kids to any other groomer ever. He is the best, quality service at a great price and mt dogs love him. And when they like someone i do. Thats enought proof for me!

I have been using Reggies for many years.Never had a bad experiance with him. He has a way with dogs that reminds me of Ceasar Milan. He is really the best in the busssiness. I will recomend him to anyone.

Was a wonderful experience! They treated my dogs with so much care and gentleness, and did a great job shaving my dog exactly how I wanted her shaved. My Airedale terrier looks beautiful and they made her feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Can definitely recommend!

I'm very please with Reggie's Mobile Doggy Palour. Their work is excellent, they fast, gentle with the dogs, have patience. The dogs come to trust them. The mobile system works for me, don't have to put the dogs under stress. Thank you to Reg and Given.

I made an appointment in advance. The day of, no one had shown up and I hadn't recieved any calls, so I messaged. I was told they would be late, and would come the afternoon. No one showed up. I made a new appointment, and again, no one showed up. Again, no calls. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made a 3rd booking, and AGAIN no one showed up. No call or message or warning. I messaged to say this was the situation, and that I was feeling disappointed. And suprise, no feedback. As a parlour I cant comment on their quality, but service is shocking and they are incredibly unreliable. If I could give 0 stars I would.
