City Clutch & Brake

I took my car to City Clutch and Brake in Germiston for new brakes and wheel bearings. They adjusted the handbrake without being asked to and did not adjust it properly. This caused my car to roll back into a wall once parked at home (with the handbrake on). They undertook to repair the damage and replaced the tail-light fitting and re-sprayed the bumper but the colours do not match and now they are not co-operating with the final polishing of the bumper so the colour on the bumper can match the rest of the car - the repairs have now taken 4 weeks to arrange. There has been a lot of he-said-she-said dialogue to try and get out of restoring my vehicle to the condition it was in before it rolled back. I will not make use of their company again and still don't trust their workmanship. The service received was not to any standard I have received from mechanical workshops in the past. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learnt. Sorry, City Clutch and Brake but I cannot recommend your business to anyone.
