Nails are decent. Service is pretty good. Parking is safe. Very accommodating people.

I have had the absolute worse service.I had my nails done which I have done by them before and was always pleased with the result. However my experience 2 weeks ago was horrible. The nail tech was constantly on her phone chatting and on phone calls. That the nails on my hands are different in length. When I pointed out problems in the actual gel polish on my nails the nail tech was not happy about fixing it. I requested nail art on some of my nails and from my experience they inform you if it is more than the designated price before starting the art. I was only informed that each nail was not the designated price but extra when paying.i find this highly unprofessional and in fact a consumer should be informed what is expected prior in terms of legislation there to protect us.The nail tech then phoned another client that she could come while still busy with me and further rushed through finalizing my nails and the cleaning at the end was practically non existent. I attempted to communicate with Giggles& Kurls on their Instagram platform about my dismay and they do not deem it fit to respond. I am so disappointed in this as I was very fond of them .

Great nail bar facility with friendly staff secure and safe. Clean environment and their nail techs are friendly and welcoming. Plus you get to treat yourself to a variety of services offered like waxing and massage plus you get offered anything to drink on the house. Love their work plus the quality of products I have no complaint so far.

I have deliberately waited to do my review. I had my nails done on 19 April by Chichi. They still look fresh and new. Definitely will be back.

I was extremely happy with the friendly, professional, polite and great sense of humour. We had a lovely first time experience and the greatest part was off a picture they replicated it to the finer detail. Thank you ladies for a job well done. ❤️

Well organised, modern and clean nail salon not to mention professional and friendly staff. Vera is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She stuck to the time allotted and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

I really like this salon. The ladies are really friendly and its a relaxed setting. I like the theme and drinks provided.
