Rosebank Medical & Dental Centre

The opening time on the window and on google is totally different to their actual opening time, Its not consistent nor communicated to staff. Staff is incompetent, lack of communication between collegue as i am just told on my arrival that the doctor only starts at 9:00am but i was booked for 8:00am app. Im a first time patient but i dont think i will refer anyone to utilise their service. There are no follow up sms to confirm appointments, im dissapointed.

Went for reconstructive surgery at this hospital. I firmly believe if you treat people well they will return in kind. I was very impressed and very happy with everyone working there that assisted me. The staff was amazing. The nurses friendly and very attentive. I just want to say thank you to everyone. Even the security that booked my phone in for safe keeping was amazing and friendly. It has been one of my best experinaces and will recommend the hospital to anyone. It made my day and the whole experinace a million times better.The only negative is the hospital is a little neglected when it comes to there sealing. But overall everything was still clean and they all took my safety during this covid seriously and with respect.Thank you to everyone.

Doctor 30 minutes late. No call to advise she will be late. No consideration.

My doctor is Dr Q Motala. I always have a great experience with her. She has a great bedside manner and is always able to make one feel at ease. Highly recommend her and thank you!

Dr Ogundipe is absolutely exceptional. She is thorough and genuinely listens and cares about you and your well-being. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended
