Excellent service , My Toyota RunX was repaired back to manufacturing standard. Customer liaisons kept me up to date daily and so friendly .

Absolutely the worst place to get any repairs done. Pathetic after service!!!!

Worst place ever and very bad service... Took my Kia to them around Feb 2022... Come almost end of October 2022 still having issues... Today I collected my car... After they lost my radio button, broke the electric mirrors panel and tried to sneakily fix it with glue... Got my car back today... They broke the sunglasses holder and ashtray... Quality inspector Ryno is basically useless and a liar... Told me it's not his problem... On top of that he lied to me straight faced... Told me the car was not taken anywhere and repairs was done on site... When I asked for his manager.... Then I asked if the car was taken to a2z for the radio and pdc issues... He says he told me... Still arrogant and telling me they not fixing what was broken while my car was with them... Dries the manager fixed the sun glasses holder... And told me the ashtray is not his problem... Worst customer service and quality assessors I dealt with are plain down useless..... I will never recommend this company to anyone.... Totally disappointed...

Unfortunately, it’s been a terrible struggle to have my vehicle repaired. They have not kept me advised of the progress made on the vehicle. There was a delay in sourcing Mercedes Benz parts - I had to intervene on a personal basis with MBSA for assistance . The parts finally arrived and now I still have not received back a repaired vehicle . My vehicle went in for a front bumper repair with no problems with its engine . It now has an engine light on - which Alberante have not been able to explain . I have been shunted from pillar to post !!! Customers beware !! Nakkie Opperman the manager is unhelpful and does not provide proper feedback on vehicle .No one has given me any proper feed back on my motor vehicle . Emails , telephone calls and WhatsApp messages are not responded to … What’s happened to customer service levels in South Africa???

Service was outstanding - great work, could not be happier with my experience. Anton in their Detailing Centre is exceptionally talented, completed a hydrophobic polish with excellent durability, self-cleaning properties, wear/UV resistant.I will use their service again and recommend to anyone looking for an impeccable car detail!

Really poor communication, they really treat you as if they’re doing you a favour. There’s a complete lack of urgency or tenacity. Overall really disappointing that basic repairs took over a month and they didn’t even assess mechanical damage as yet. Really don’t have much confidence that my car is gonna be repaired properly when I eventually get it back.

I have only been there once. My wife got her vehicle repaired by them. I am very impressed with their organization and managerial skills. They are very organized and very neat. The staff is very friendly neat and efficient. When my wife dropped her vehicle there a driver dropped her at home. There after sales service is very good. I would strongly recommend them. A very friendly visit

Very good repair work, but I forgot my sunglasses in the sunglasses holder in the car and someone went and took them. I know its my fault but someone specifically checked there and took it.

Absolutely useless. Paint work is so poor. I have pics to prove this. Seniors at the company are not helpful. Quality control persons don't know how to do their job. Jobs are not completed properly. Car went in for Hail damage last year but still had dents when it was received back. Panelbeater damaged interior of car and when Asked to fix it they offered for me Not to pay access for them to avoid fixing it. My car went in for a bonnet repair in January and it's end of April and the car is not complete still. Excuses from Every direction. They do not take responsibly for their poor workman ship or even wasting customers time and monies.
