Things didn't exactly go off without a hitch, but Vernon and the team really came through in the end and delivered a beautiful wedding guest canvas.

Terribly unprofessional.I ordered a design to be printed on canvas that required design as the original picture's quality was too low. I took 4 days to get back to them with exact measurements. The first draft was amateur and looked like a paint by numbers sketch. The next bunch of drafts improved slowly with progressively making the designer attuned to the detail on the original and took days for any reply or follow up results. It has taken more than a month now. Excuses like; our designer is overworked, the printing has a back log, the stretching is delayed, posits the question if they can handle the work load. Further more, I was given a date for pick up and it wasn't ready, the owner receiving a call from me answered 'Your probably phoning to give me an ear full'. More promises. The time and energy I needed to put in was not worth it. The flashy website and offices does not reflect what the company has to offer.Never again.

Pomogranite gave us awesome designs, great service and they were very professional.... thank you very much.
