I experienced major problems with my Audi due to incorrect parts and shoddy workmanship from a third party. Guess who was there to help me to the best if their abilities whilst trying their best to keep costs low.....Ryan Williams and his exceptional team of experts. They went out if their way to resolve the most difficult Audi problem (in my opinion) they ever experiece. Plus they resolved it after trail and error. Ryan if there was one extra star on this review I would have most certainly gave it to for your most professional and very service. I am truly greatful and certainly know that everyone reading this will know that you are the beating heart of Tavcor Audi.

I went to AUDI centre with fear as it was Xmas had Hotels book and this car showing Oil Sensor light to workshop ?...Arriving at AUDI CENTER that fear turned to Joy the warm reception of Staff esp my advisor CARYN took the car with confidence although i never even made an appointment...i was offered Coffee to relax me..and kept informed every 30 minutes on progress of car AUDI center for Service more than Great...keep on doing providing this service on my Q3....I WISH YOU WELL....

Had a great time at this place taking pictures for my page. The staff is super friendly in an environment that it itself is very welcoming in terms of design and the metal on display. I am definitely going back for more.

Worst Service I ever experienced from a dealership.Bought and paid for a car 2 weeks ago, Car still hasn't left PE for Johannesburg, everytime I get told different stories...Will never deal with them again.

Absolutely beautifully done.Very beautiful vehicle lounge and showroom floor and a sense of professionalism through and through.I would just buy an audi based on the layout, friendly staff and stylish designed building in and out.
