Yes Print

Unbelievably bad. If there was a minus option on the Star Rating I would click that.I was having a booklet printed ... Yes Printing squished the booklet down in order to get copies of the pages; in-so-doing simply lost the text and pics - everything that was close to the gutter - often resulting in text that simply did not make sense as some of it had been lost or unidentifiably distorted in the squishing. The result looked like a child's project. A bad one. And a young child at that.Yes Printing also took it upon themselves to print it in an A4 format (the original is A5). The end result was also bound up the side in those - oh goodness i don't know what you call them - plastic cheapie kinda things!!So I refused to pay them, and, in tears (cos in the process they had badly damaged the original so I did not know if it was recoverable) took it to Afrifoto in Valyland - who did a Sterling job - wonderful - fantastic - even adding beautiful end-papers which I hadn't thought of, and presenting the whole result wrapped in tissue paper in a lovely book-box.I did not take pictures of what Yes did, as I threw it away in tears, before thinking that I should take pictures. I only have pics here of the wonderful one Afrifoto did for me. So if anyone would like to see pics of that, they are welcome to contact me directly. I do not want to post them here in case it is misconstrued and someone thinks they are pics of what Yes did.To Yes's credit, they accepted it without question when I refused to pay.Christine (Riley)

Small but okay...

I share offices with Cindy from Yes Print and I can't rave about this woman enough. She always goes the extra mile for clients. I have used her to print business cards, printing for parties (including banners and invites), occasion cards, laminating and more. I and have always been super impressed with the quality and her prices are excellent!
