This is the 6th month going and we are still waiting for our account to be credited. We booked a smoke machine, which was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we still paid and have queried the owner countless times. Only to get the reply that we can't give in" and to be blocked from WhatsApp.We were

Worst company in the world. No ethics. We paid full amount upfront only for them to mess us around and change djs a day before our wedding. Asked for refund and they refused. Had to get another dj so we paid almost R10000 for our wedding dj. Jacques finally agreed to pay back half and we still waiting for months. He is ignoring our messages to him. Do not use these guys. They are the worst and can't deliver what they promised.

Do not recommend!! BEWARE!! Lies, empty promise are all i got from this so called professional" after they took my.money with nothing to show for it. Booked this DJ and paid him in full immediately but due to covid we had to move our wedding date. They were not available on our new date. I requested a refund due to him not being able to help us where he first refused the refund. After some negotiations he agreed to pay back 75%... this was July 2021. After saying i will come and fetch the money personally jm sound paid me R1000 immediately on the 7th Desember 2021but after that no more... I Phoned him multiple times but he just blocks me. I tried other ways of contacting him but nothing. Basically stealing the rest. I am fed up and i see i am not they only person they have done this too."

0 Stars! Would not recommend JM Sound. Pressured us for an answer even though quote said valid until 8 of April 2022, and also the quote was about 2 days old. He also said that if we are still looking around for other Djs then he rather wants to remove us from his system! As if we are not aloud to get other quotes from DJ's
