Zulu Waters Game Reserve

Amazing place. A small reserve with great accommodation. This reserve has lots of antelope and birds but the highlight is it’s rhinos. Get a game walk! Staff are lovely as well.

Thank you @Zuluwaters Game reserve for making us feel comfortable and at home during our stay. We had such incredible close up experiences with the animals on the reserve and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were so impressed at the condition of the animals and also the size and privacy of the cottages. We stayed at the Lake Cottage and got to see animals come past our doors every 20min. We arrived on the 25th December, we waited around half an hour for someone to answer the intercom, we were taken down to our cabin to find that the lights In the lounge weren't working, microwave not working as well as the Fridge.The person who took us to the room didn't show us around when we arrived he just drove off with no reception to contact him back, he then came back the next day at 11am to check on us we then told him the issues, he then moved us to another cabin closer to the reception which also had electrical problems with the kettle and electricity in general giving issues with no one in sight to contact, we had a game drive planned but no one came to call us for the game drive or mentioned anything about the game drive, the worst accomodation I've ever been to zero hospitality zero service. PATHETIC...

Had the most amazing experience! Definitely coming back. Visited this breathtaking place with my girlfriends and we had such a lovely time. Our guide Cyril was attentive, informative and very respectful. We made wonderful memories that we will cherish for a lifetime.Also kindly please add road signs just by the bridge on the gravel road, we almost got lost and it was a bit confusing.

Wish I could give it 10 stars!The view and accommodation is beautiful and stunning. Not to mention the amazing game. But the best of all is definitely the staff! They are extremely good at their jobs and so friendly. The private chef is stunning and even let me help to bake a special cake for my family. Definitely worth every penny, you will not want to leave

Me and my partner were in the ZuluWaters Game Reserve for two weeks. We had a very impressive stay! The service was very courteous, especially the cook was excellent. He was very flexible and served very healthy and tasty dishes.The whole Game Reserve is very spacious and untouched. You feel very private and connected to nature, there is the possibility to make individual game drives or to move freely on the terrain. One has a unique, very close experience of the native animals.For sports activities there are various training equipment and a tennis court available.There are also numerous activities in the surrounding area (Canopy Tours, Hiking, Drakensberg mountains World Heritage,...).ZuluWaters Game Reserve stands for an ecologically sustainable company and supports local communities.We had one of the best holidays of our lives and can only recommend the Game Reserve!

If you need a place to unwind, relax and catch your breath this is the place for you. Very friendly staff, excellent food and great accommodation. There is not the Big 5 but that does not matter, the location and the chill out factor makes up for that. Would highly recommend the venue.

My husband and I enjoyed the most peaceful and relaxing 2 night stay at the Lake cottage. The staff are so accommodating and the most beautiful and scenic game drive by our guide Cyril. Thank you Cyril. Will definitely be visiting in the near future.

We stayed at the Lake Cottage, and it had a serene peacefull atmosphere. While enjoying your coffee in the morning, the rhinos walk around the house. The chef’s food was also outstanding, with unique and colourful combinations.
