Bought a FUNKO POP MICKEY for my son in December & only have proof of purchase on my discovery app (no printed receipt) & got offered a duplicate as a gift last week, attempted to exchange the duplicate for another POP & was told their return policy is 7 days irrespective of any RSA legislation & no swap or return will be done. Will never purchase anything from this store & would rather support BT GAMES who had assisted me with duplicate swapping in the past. Terrible service AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We purchased Elden Rings from them online because it showed that they had in stock on 03/12/2022. We called them that week to find out when our game will be dispatched and they said us a tracking number on 05/12/2022. we called back and they said they don’t have stock but the warehouse has stock. After much confusion on their side we had to call their head office in Musgrave. Spoke to a person called Que that said they would get back to us. Never happened obvi, called him back and they said they didn’t have stock but should be getting stock in the coming week. Again no feedback from them! we had to call him back and then the timeline moved on another week. Sad to say we never got our game that was meant to be a Christmas gift. Moral of the story don’t buy from this shop, they falsely advertise that they have stock and then after they have your money there is little effort from their side to actually get you your stuff.

Super informed staff, very friendly. Honestly one of the best places to get any of your gaming needs.

Do not buy consoles or any major equipment from Game4U.My PS5 had a GPU fault. Got such a run around for 2 weeks. Was promised A SAME DAY REPLACEMENT". Instead was sent to a third party warranty service provider to wait a few more weeks for a REPAIR."

I had a bad experience with this store , it seemed a little chaotic , the employee who helped me was probably not able to do her job well and seems as if she lacked training and experience, I bought Xbox Live Gold for 3 months , and as per usually , my code was printed on a piece of paper , only to find out she sold me Xbox Game Pass for 3 months with a slip for Xbox Live Gold , I now wasted R400 on this product I don't even want . She also seemed to struggle in operating the equipment , as she struggled with the printer for 7 minutes before printing the page . She also forgot to scan the game I bought with it , and didn't even give me a receipt for the game , only the product that I don't even want , I checked and its not even on the other slip , I now wasted R400 and left with a product that I can't get a refund for . Frankly I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied

WOW! I was absolutely blown away by the two gents who helped me when i came in the store today, the store is such a vibe and neatly organized. Big shout out to Liam and Kaylin for the help! will definitely be returning! =)

Bought a used Switch game under same day return policy, game does not work on original switch but works on the newer OLED so was unable to return the game and am out r700. Manager offered for me to pay for a diagnostic and then for me to pay again for a potential repair but declined a refund on the original game as it works in newer models. Would not buy used games from here.
