Don't panic if you can't get hold of them telephonically, they're still ironing out some bugs while they're transitioning online. Other than that its one of the cleanest online user experiences I've had and I highly recommend. My Atem Mini Pro ISO was well protected with foam and air cushioning with the delivery box. They followed up via email and over Instagram to make sure everything was ok and delivery was successful. They have a flawless track record with Payfast.co.za so breathe easy and go shop!
