There service was average , cashier repeated the order several times so she wouldnt get it wrong. We waited 10min max for our food. Food was divine. Always check your bag before you leave, after reading reviews below i took note. They forgot the chips and sauce so i reminded them. They really really need someone to check customers bags before handing out orders.

We've given this particular establishment many chances to redeem itself, but it persists at providing the most driest of food on the block. Dining in gets youore sauce, takeaways gets you less than half the sauce you get when dining in.... Regardless of whether one requests extra sauce or not, the chicken remains as dry as ever. We'd much rather go to the original Portuguese fast food chicken provider, cos requesting extra sauce at that establishment means sufficient sauce for your meal. Evidently, for some, being satiated is more important than price

The food in general is good and affordable. The delivery of the food is just pathetic. So thus the kitchen get all the stars. The front desk drops the ball hard.No structure in providing orders to customers, customers needs to go ask for it, so if you don't stand there, you don't get your order.

Got here 30 mins ago, they served more then 10 other customers who came after me sent them away, and still my order not ready this us absolutely shocking i have supported Pedro's many times.Today your delivery cashier is as rude as ever, then he over charges another customer by R115.00 he got his food before me and i asked for my slip they cant find itSomething has to changeAs for the male cashier he is just a joke. The ladies are very pleasant.

The cashier was pleasant and was clear on our order. The kitchen made a mistake and did the sprinkle spice yet we were clear that we did not want it - forced us to wait a little longer. Pleasant staff member handed us our order. We get home to bad/off rice. The chicken tasted good. This is the 3rd complaint in a space of 2 months. The 1st complaint was for stale bread rolls and bad/off rice. The 2nd complaint was in the store because the manager who we complained to initially was not there and did not leave a note in the system to compliment us over our previous order (we were careful not to get rice for this order). Today I phoned the manager and got attitude from him. So I spoke to the owner. Trying to make him understand that it is not just about the rice but the inconvenience as well (giving us a break from cooking, being a fair distance away), was a challenge, to the point of me clarifying that I will never be back to his store and that he don’t bother calling me back with comments like, “Can I replace the rice for you?” Really?! Apparently I’m the only person who has laid a complaint. Very disappointed!

Food is always fantastic.I suggest downloading the app and ordering in advance. Ordering at the store may have you waiting longer than expected due to the popularity of the establishment.

Great food. Great price. Service is fair. I think they could arrange the pick up and order lines better. They are busy.

I would have given them a 5 but honestly their service is lacking. They brought my daughter's food long after ours and who honestly serves the chicken and i had to wait for my chips. But the food was delicious so points on that. And next time give your customers serviettes!!!
