Not only did they take me in without an appointment but they blew me away with their expertise, knowledge base, guidance and compassionate care and kindness. Dr Alwyn van Zyl, Madeleine- his precious Medical receptionist and Dr Albert van Zyl who ultimately performed my procedure - are the kinds of humans who restore one's faith in humanity. The most amazing experience and service from Dr Van Zyl. I was holidaying in Paternoster and broke my permanent bottom retainer. Doctor van Zyl aloud me to have an appointment even though they were close to closing and fixed everything. The experience was painless and extremely professional. Thank you for saving my holiday! Would recommend this practice any day.
