Not the safest mall, quite a lot of people got robbed so extra care should be taken, but it has a good range of shops, mostly shoes (Takkies/Sneakers).

Nice atmosphere. Good parking. Organised. But too few natural health shops, home brands, home remedy shops, small homely type shops. Big brands dominant...

Apart from being busy, it's safe to shop in here. The guards are always observant and there's number of shops available. As for parking, it's sometimes difficult to get one, you have to do circles before you can get one, however, car guards will always be there to assist you.

The Phoenix Plaza is extremely busy. But you are able to find some amazing bargains. From clothes to food, to beauty products, costume jewelry. There are a wide variety of shops that stock Indian Attire as well. There are several other shopping centre's around the Phoenix Plaza as well.

When any place has Africans working for it, they just there for the money, they don't take pride in their duties, from the taxi rank where you can find just about any drugs, the urine smell that fills your nostrils especially on a hot day, to the vast number of beggars there.Also you are responsible for your own security

The pkaza management got a dont care attitude including the operations manager n the PRO they have taken our parking n given it to uberss who are rude vulgar languages n dont care attitude for fellow parkinh that s using the facility

More than one food chain store, parking facility very poor, too many reserved parkingsIt would be nice to know if the original/amended plans accommodate for the amount of customers versus the shop ratio and if the non reserved bays are in line with the legislationSecurity is also poor, transport vehicles park anywhere and vagrants are in abundanceMaybe its time to change /swop management,The safety and comfort in shopping in an elite shopping centre is deteriorating with the lapse of timeThe Phoenix Plaza is becoming like the smaller shopping centres in the areaThey are fortunate that they have good tenancy that offers a wide range of goods, and this draws consumers on a compulsion basis to the centre , otherwise it would become a huge white elephant

Mall needs a make over. Not your upmarket Mall. Just a Mall for your everyday needs. Management as been doing a good job keeping it going. Hope they can put a little more effort and bring it to good standings
