JT Govender , Jess , Candice and Indrin visited telkom office to change ownership details. Forms were signed , documents were handed in, both previous and new owner were together and signed the papers in front of the lady helping them.She said she will call them about the change . Debit order details suppose to be effect end May 2021When we called , the telephone just rings . Eventually a lady answered, and said the clients must return as no document were submitted . How can this be ??? They took the documents from the clients and what happened there? Where is the signed documents??The client has to drive from Lenasia to the mall to sort out these simple issues . Service is pathetic . Unprofessional and don't care attitude.What happened to service excellence ...client is King ????

I give my 5 stars to Hleziphi, the lady helped me, i was there to renew my contract. She helped me with a smile and open heart. I am a happy customer. Big up to all of you guys. God bless you

I’m a Telkom employee myself and I’ve never seen such service, I didn’t go there with the “I know it all “ attitude I remained calm as much as I could, the service is so so so bad and it’s sad to witness I ended up leaving because the consultant I was referred to was busy on her phone and was frowning at everyone walking in. It’s a pity for first time customers to encounter such. Another issue is that every-time one wants to do a sim swap they always say they’re offline but there’s customers doing contracts inside, aren’t we using the same system for everything? This branch has potential but only possible with positive people who are willing to work and prioritise customers.

Very bad service,service looks incompetent including manager.I signed a contract for 36 month contract for Samsung S20 FE cellphone on the 24th August this year and l realized that the camera was faulty on the next day the 26th I took it back for replacement and was told it was the last one even warehouses don't have it.They then told me that they will terminate the contract.I was billed +-R8000 and when I went to the shop to enquire im always told to give them my ID which they make copy and tell me that they will call me once the matter has been resolved. Even this month the matter is still not resolved sometimes I'm told the person who helped me apply for contract is off.To be honest I regret going there for a second contract as I'm not getting bad credit rating because of Telkom. I am even thinking of suing them.

The most useless telkom store in all of Johannesburg. I've been there 3 times for a swim-swop and was told it's impossible to get one done because they're always offline and they blame it on Home Affairs, when you ask Home Affairs what the issue is, they say everything is working fine on their side, Telkom Maponya just doesn't want to do sim swops and their customers are always inquiring. That store should just be closed.

I stand in the quee for 2 hours any one helping.Their services is so bad. Poor services,Don't go there

Very disappointed at the level of service they just don't care about customers seat in the shop for over 30minutes not being attended to with 5 telkom employees on the floor somoe of them were playing with their phone and when I start asking questions what was happening that's when they gave me a ticked and I had to wait for another 5 minutes before they could assist me so disappointed they didn't apologize or give reason why they gave me attitude Telkom should do something about this sick and tir3d
