I love these guys. Simbongile was my agent and being assisted by him has made my first time buying a LTE simcard a smooth and fun experience. He truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing the LTE simcard. I also met with other team members and they were so friendly, and professional as Simbongile. He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent.

The store is always tidy and clean. Great customer service is delivered. One can see that the sales agents were trained well. Pumza Tebele, one amazing and humble manager who always makes sure that customers leave the store satisfied and I would like to thank her for that and may she, and her team keep it up.

What a great customer service I got, the guys explained everything about how I can get the best data deals from their month to month contract deals for the same R99 I was buying for 2 times on the months. Now I will finally enjoy my data without worrying about recharging 2 time every month. Thank you guys,you are the best.

Received the most impeccable customer service assistance when I went to the store twice first it was for my sim swap and second time around was for my call record report. I left the store satisfied and pleased with how I was able to be helped by the staff. Amazing service from the staff at the store
