Worst service ever!! Thy dont respond to emails, online fault reports, WhatsApp or phone calls thy just ignore everything as if it doesn't matter.

Worst wifi ever! I am so disappointed,, it's disconnecting more often then its actually working. The customer services is so bad,, they either ignore the messages & calls for days or are extremely rude when they get back to you. I am just so done with this wifi,, I am looking into other options.

My neighbor and I tried to call Fontel and I emailed them to see if they were able to install fibre to our homes as the street behind us has fibre from them. They don't answer our calls and don't respond to our emails. I wonder what their after sales service will be like if some day they do respond and we have their fibre to our homes. They spent money laying fibre cables in Tried phoning the technician that came to see us and he too does not take our calls. our area but so far only provided fibre to one home whereas there's other people who want fibre but no service.
