They only respond to e-mails after 1 or 2 days ( and after you as a client send reminders!) Tessa decided it was a good idea to only book 1 day for the installation of carpet and skirtings for a 300 sqm home! They arrived after 10:00 on the scheduled day of installation without any notification or advising us for going to be late! After 2 hours of installation my wife saw huge visible flaws in the newly installed carpet - yet the installation team just carries on! They had the carpet at their premises already for 1 month prior to installation. Why not check the carpet prior to installation? And then, they require a 90% deposit paid on acceptance of quote. So, my reality - I have paid 90% deposit one month ago, they arrive 2 hours late, they installing sub standard carpets and I am yet to hear when they will come back! I also sent Tessa a WhatsApp - she reads it but does not respond! SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!
