I had a manicure done. The nail tech was lovely however she did not file and shape my nails properly, and the polish she used was sticky and took too long to dry. I had to remove it shortly after

Went for an expensive facial and all it was, was basically massaging the products into my skin which is something I could have done myself. It was relaxing but my main concern which was my skin condition was not focused on. A facial should include extraction, steaming of the face etc. None of this was done even though I mentioned before what my main skin concerns were. The worst part, I suffer from very dry skin in some areas and they put a clay mask in my face which obviously dries the skin out even more. Instead of my face looking shiny, hydrated and fresh my skin felt and looked tense and dry. No professional Beautician and no individual treatment. Dont go there unless you wish for a 50 min overpriced face massage.

Came to do my nails and a massage… the nail technicians were amazing so sweet too but the massage therapist was so rude gossiped about me why i took long i find it very unprofessional speaking about a client like that yet they can hear you… very unprofessional and noisy therapist especially in a spa…

I have called twice this month, both times you weren’t able to accommodate me after 5pm. I have checked online and you close at 6pm. The receptionist advised that it depends how full they are between 5 or 6pm and rejected to accommodate me. No problem, I’ll go else where.

Absolute waste of time! They cancelled on me as I was about to walked into my pre-booked appointment and I needed the lashes for my wedding THIS WEEKEND. My nails were done the week before and they also look terrible! Do not use!! Terrible customer service and no recourse

I treated my daughters to a manicure pedicure as it was one daughter’s birthday. They were so excited. The therapists got started on myself and my one daughter but my other daughter just sat there. After 15 minutes, I complained. I was told my daughter’s therapist was “in a meeting”. She eventually arrived, no apology was given and she was very grumpy. My daughter asked for a French manicure whereupon the therapist disappeared for another 10 minutes only to reappear and say there was no white varnish. In the end, they didn’t have time for my daughter’s pedicure and just hastily painted her nails!! I wish I had known about the refund service if you are not happy with the service. Terrible.

Waited half hour, then big toe was badly painted, had to come back and then she pained it wrong colour and insisted it was same colour. Although the manager tried to make us happy, I was not impressed with the level of pedicure

I'm not one to do this but im shocked. Got a brazilian done at 1pm on the 30th of November by Zandile. First of all, the wax was barely taking my hair out. Spent a while afterwards tweazing the area. She left the room and I had to call her back because I still had a lot of hair on my visible bikini line/upper thigh armpit" area. After attempting to wax/continuing to tweaze more than anything - she left the room again for me to get dressed

One Happy Customer!The entire experience from start to finish was 5 Star.Booking on the new Sorbet App was hassle free and easy to use so I could do it at any time, the new store location is conveniently located near the underground parking and therefore easily accessible and you are welcomed at the front desk by such helpful people and very quickly handed over to you therapist.Farlon did a great soak off of my previous Gel Application and I didn’t feel like half my nail was buffed off which is great. I was very happy with her cuticle work and how she shaped my nails. I was given a LARGE variety of colours to choose from ( almost too many, making my decision making hard HAHA!)Two weeks later and my Gel Application still looks as good as new. I will definitely be visiting this Sorbet Branch again!Extra Bonus: I went on a Friday and I was treated to a glass of Bubbles which made the experience that much more enjoyable and a perfect start to the weekend!
