Terrible service. I went there to report a fraudulent contract opened in my name, submitted all required documents to a guy named William and more than two weeks later I got debited again by vodacom. Upon enquiry I discovered that my documents were never submitted to Fraud department. I called the shop and spoke to Lucy and she wasn’t helpful at all so I asked for the manager who told me she is busy with another customer and she hung up in my ear. My matter was only attended today after I enquired with vodacom head office and I only got my reference number today which means the fraud investigation will only start today, 2 or 3 weeks after I submitted my documents. William, Lucy and Neo useless bunch.

Its an absolute disgrace to hear about the bad service my Mother Received. She only needed help to update an APP!!!! Not to redo the whole PHONE!!!!! ON receiving the phone they used all her data and phone money without prior consultation with MY MOM!!! As an existing Vodacom customer it leaves with no other choice but to start looking for another service provider. It will be sad to see that the Number 1 Cellular network loose clients due to appauling service!!!!. Really does proper customer service not EXSIST!!!!!! Its shamefull how young people have no respect for the older generation.

Needed to upgrade from a Samsung Note 3 handset to a Samsung Note 4. I'm currently using a white coloured handset and wished to continue with the same colour. Called one of the consultants who was assisting me with an upgrade to aid with the colour that I wanted,she told me the store only gets black coloured handsets for Notes. No effort was made to enquire from either head office to source the handset I wanted
