Saldanha Bay Hotel

the rooms are very dated .. old protea hotel carpets and shower in bath which spays the roomsthe food was decent.. not a big enough veg spread at breakfast ( no hot veg other than potato and beaked bean).. but lots of fruit and some cereal .. same for supper menulovely views over the bay.. especially from the lounge area which looks over the propertynice games room with foosball and table tennis

Great location. Beautiful sunrises. Calm seas. Nice pool. Great play room with tons of duplicate Lego for the kids. Backup power and very fast wifi.

We recently stayed over for 2 nights with our 2 kids. The family room was neat with 2 double beds, bath and shower over bath... Fresh towels, fridge and hairdryer... With 4 complimentary waters... Free wifi which our kids loved and a generator, so we never experienced loadshedding.. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was really just delicious and the food we ordered from the hotel restaurant was outstanding Especially Their seafood paella, which was out of this world!If I could recommend one thing to the management of the hotel, they should consider putting up wind blocking screens /canvas on the terrace of the lounge area. It gets really windy out there, so we stayed inside the restaurant lounge area and add free arcade games to the kids room. Overall we had a lovely stay..

What an experience!!! Large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, amzing restaurant/relaxing area with a breathtaking view, family friendly with lots to do for kids and everything is very affordable. There is a very good, safe beach beach within walking distance and shops.Five nights at Saldanha Bay hotel felt like 2 weeks of holiday.Although all the staff were amazing and professional, aspecial mention to Paul and Brandon that went out of their ways to ensure we have a relaxing and enjoyable time.

5 Star Service and Super Friendly staff. Big shout out to Pozisa at reception who was so friendly and welcoming, gave us great tips, helped arrange the spa and made our visit memorable. Excellent hotel for a family getaway at affordable prices. Unbeatable views! Highly recommended.

Briefly stopped there for dinner. The food and service were excellent! Only down side was that the children were not allowed to play in the play area outside due to us being walk-ins and not residents. Unfortunate...

I love being at this hotel. I loved my room on the 3rd floor facing the sea. The place is clean, friendly staff and great food .

The views from the hotel are beautiful. Rooms are neat Nd clean. There only thing is that they don't have blankets in the rooms, you have to request from reception but I would definitely go back again and again
