Fantastic estate. Great views of the ERPM golf course. Well maintained estate and decent security. The estate has taken huge leaps since 2005/06 as its nearly fully occupied with plenty of new houses coming up and fewer vacant lands available. Only drawback is that its also near to some informal settlements at approx 1.5kms, though thankfully not directly affecting the estate. Nearby complexes are also coming up, lots of new developments happening so value is sure to be on the rise.
