I have used the Great Break wild notes notebook and can safely say it is now becoming my fav, to sketch and write notes into. The cover is sturdy strong and well made. Together with the contour rollup this makes a great daily sketching and note taking combo. The paper handles watercolors but with care. This paper is great for quick watercolor sketches with fountain pen ink and pencil. I wouldn’t soak the paper for large scale washes and glazing type of work. But excellent for site visits and quick notes. I did a quick sketch when I received the notebook in a shopping center. The service from Great Break was also very good. Product arrived on time, and met my expectations for a compact carry.

It's been a long time since I've experienced service like I have from The Great Break. They are passionate and caring. I wanted to visit their shop during the holidays. They politely informed me they were on a break but still offered to open the shop on an agreed day and time. What!? Where do you still get that? I declined and placed my order online, since we all need a break. They continued to update and check in on the delivery of my order. Mind blowing. 10stars. Thank you!
