Thank you to Tarmark couriers for the excellent service from beginning to end. They picked up my cargo in Al Ain and delivered to my door in South Africa unbroken and not a thing damaged. I am really amazed by Tarmark. They are very reliable and their services is at a reasonable price. Zelda, was very friendly , helpful and professional with all my questions. No communication! Worst service I've ever received from a courier.I was shipping a parcel from South Africa to UAE. I was not kept in the loop from the time they picked up my parcel, until they delivered 17 days later. I had to keep asking them where, what and when...I was told it's not an express service (this is a week after the parcel was picked up) and that turnaround time is about 24 days. I am still waiting for my refund 17 days after the day i sent my banking details... (which was supposed to have been 14days...) because my parcel was different mass and size than what I originally was quoted for...

I have been using Tarmark for a couple of years now, either from UAE to SA or the other way around. Either way, I am more than happy with their service, the staff are prompt when responding and even helps with the tracking to delivery. Naome has been my star. My boxes have always arrived with all goods accounted for and I have not had any damage to it either. Would recommend them any day for your own packages
