My brother bought building material based on the samples displayed in the store on 10 November 2019 and also paid R900. 00 for delivery. On the same day they delivered the material, but not the same quality we saw in the store and they were asked to return the staff. When my brother went to claim refund, including R900.00 he paid for delivery, they flatly refused to refund for R900.00. My brother and i will take up the matter with the Consumer Protection Ombudsman.The grounds for taking up the matter is that they presented false samples at the store and refused to refund R900.00 paid for delivery. It is evident that the staff in that store are highly dishonest.

They have mostly everything that you need for building. Maybe the finer or less needed items you might battle to get here, but the staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help and answer questions, so well done to them
