The service I received was really world class. I placed my claim on the ABSA app at 08:00 Sunday morning within 2 hours I was contacted by Domestic Industried. They were extremely helpful and pleasant and told me they were busy with 2 other jobs in the area and would come straight after that. They arrived at 15:15 with all necessary spared and worked to 19:45 to complete the job. The two service men were efficient and very pleasant to deal with. The workmanship was of a very high standard. I was very impressed with everything, from the time of placing the claim on the ABSA app which is very user friendly right until the completion of the job.What a pleasant experience when you are stressed and in trouble with a burst geyser.

I must admit my experience with Domestic Industries from June 2022 until October 2022 where my entire home had to be repaired after being gutted by a Fire.The Team displayed a sense of good planning, quality workmanship , accountability & ownership during the entire repair project if I may call it that. What I admired was the open communication , and Team spirit which they held.The combination of these skills & characteristics contributed immensely to the excellent finish of my home.

I called with burst geyser problem. Within 3 hours Domestic Industries came and changed my geyser. What I liked the most was the level of professionalism I received from the lady Michelle Anthony who made that first call to me and the plumbers who came out to my house.I was left amazed with the quality of their work. After they finished you couldn't tell someone was there working they left the place clean.Keep it up guys. Thanks once again.

Definitely a 0 score for Domestic Industries. Just about the worst service I’ve ever had. My insurance claim has been dragging on since October 2022. This bunch of clowns have left me with an incomplete paint job and no response to my requests to get it finished. Dreadful.

Thank you Domestic Geyser for being efficient and prompt at attending my burst Geyser.However I was left very disappointed and angry that my led light had gone missing after your guys attended my geyser(had it in the roof for weeks as I was going up the roof very often to monitor the geyser).Plumbers came, went to the roof and changed the geyser, led light disappears. Absolutely unacceptable!!
