Lots of space for improvement. Do not listen to customers, do their own thing. Do not keep to deadlines and make false promises. We had to go there every secoond day for more than two weeks to push them for the job. They still carried on as if there is no urgency. Lady at reception very superior and arrogant towards drivers.

I drove 200 km, asked the parts guy for a COMPLETE filter kit. Came back all the way to see he did not include a water trap. This was my first encounter with Scania, i'm not happy about the lack of knowledge and enthusiasm I encountered. I phoned the parts guy, again no attempt to get a filter to me. BAD first start!

They did not clean where they messed up on the truck they didn't fix what we asked him to scania cape Town is not a bad place they just need to work on their workmanship
