Pharmacy service is good although the wait is sometimes long when it gets busy. Up to 20 mins especially around 5oclock. General stock selection is brilliant. From hair care, make up and other toiletries.

I find the Pharmacists knowlegable and helpful.The shop is clean and well stocked.Paying at this shop is a nightmare!Multiple paypoints but usually only one is manned.If they could resolve this all would be good.In the meantime, I would rather support a smaller pharmacy as I get to do my business and leave and I dont have to stand waiting for 15 minutes to give a shop my money.

Waited 40 minutes to be helped just to hear that my medication is out of stock. Not the first time that this has happened. Then at the checkout counter there was only 1 cashier. Going back to supporting the smaller local pharmacies

Tried calling today, waited for 8 minutes to speak to dispensary, no answer.In spite of request 12 days ago NOT TO PRE-PACK my monthly medication, because I am in Cape Town at the moment, I received a message that my script is ready to be picked up.Will NOT EVER make use of this pharmacy again once my 6month script is finished.Disgusted with the level of customer (non) service.

JASON MINNIE!!!You are an angel.Got some antibiotics for my baby today, not thinking it'll be more than R100..I was greeted by jason, so very friendly and extremely helpful.Turns out I did not have enough for the medication , Jason then gave me the rest with a smile... Thank you so very much!!!
