Never had a good experience when phoning. These ladies are so rude over the phone. Trying to resolve a dispute and they keep putting me through from one line to the other. It is unacceptable and definitely not how you resolve anything. Hate that we as hairdressers have to buy from them cause we don't have a choice

Been a client for years. I stocked my new salon and spent more than 650000. One chair they sent was faulty. I took photos and requested a change of chair the same day. They not even willing to do it. Not even refund me. Worst service ever. Definitely not going to support them in the future!!!

Not the most pleasant experience. I should have trusted these reviews prior to ordering. Feedback is non-existant. You don't know if you'd order is processed, nothing. Rather give them a miss.

I have been a client for almost 10 years, drive through (alomost 100km) to the showroom only to informed by a very unfriendly person that there is no way for me to just have a look at scissors before I can buy one. I was told to place an order online and would then be informed when to pick up my order. Honestly a pair of scissors is expensive and not something you order from a catalogue. Worst and most unfriendly service ever. I will take my business elsewhere.

Disgusting service. Quick to respond and accept orders but a refund (even though promised) takes forever. I will not recommend this business to anyone. Rather purchase from Salon 500.

I see I’m one of many giving this place a poor review. After spending a fortune there over the years, they can’t change the details on my invoice to my new business details.They sold me a Brazilian for over R2 000 that didn’t work. I tested it on 3 people and there hair was still frizzy. They told me there’s nothing they can do.
